Your workouts will consist of cardio and strength training.  You will be doing cardio intervals and then incorporating strength moves to keep heart rate elevated all while burning the maximum amount of fat.  Who doesn’t want to burn fat, right?
Some examples may be….cardio sprints, push ups, tire pushing, boxing, jump squats….just to name a very basic few.
We will be changing up your routine weekly to keep your muscles working and thinking….it’s called muscle confusion.
